HOW DO I APPLY?
You can apply in one of two ways.
1. Apply Online: Fill out the contact form to request an online application, a building tour and additional information.
2. Request a paper application by mail. Send a self-addressed envelope to:

Prospective applicants who meet the below income criteria should apply
AVAILABLE UNITS AND INCOME REQUIREMENTS

1 Tenant pays electric with electric stove.
2 Household size includes everyone who will live with you, including parents and children. Subject to occupancy criteria.
3 Household earnings includes salary, hourly wages, tips, Social Security, child support, and other income. Income guidelines subject to change.
4 Minimum income listed may not apply to applicants with Section 8 or other qualifying rental subsidies. Asset limits also apply.
WHAT ARE THE FINANCIAL BENEFITS OF RENTING A RENT STABILIZED APARTMENT?
Securing a rent stabilized apartment means you will pay a lower monthly rent and you are guaranteed a stabilized rent for the duration of your lease.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL BUILDING AMENITIES?
All tenants will have the benefit of enjoying all building-wide amenities. Some amenities require an additional monthly fee and will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Amenities include a coworking space, dining room, fitness center, Yoga studio, lounge, outdoor terraces, podcast studio, pet spa, screening room, and study.
